Refund policy

We hope you love your items as much as we do, but if you need to send anything back to us please have a read through this page.

Our Policy 

We have a 14 day return or refund policy. Please make sure any item you wish to return makes it back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. If we receive it after 14 days we will return the item to you.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must not have been worn, washed or damaged/marked. If it is not in resalable condition we will return the item to you. 

How to

Repackage the item(s) you wish to return and put a note in stating your name, order number, reason for return & whether you'd like a refund, credit note or exchange. Please make sure it's all packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for items that arrive to us damaged due to packaging issues. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are unable to offer return postage at present so you will need to cover any postage costs. We would recommend sending any items via tracked postage so you can be sure your item(s) make it back to us safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return unless it is sent via tracked postage. Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed we've received your return. We will however cover the cost of posting any exchanges back out to you. It's worth noting that if you paid for your original order via Paypal you are able to recover return shipping fees via Paypal.

Keeping you posted

We will let you know once we've received and inspected your return. We'll also let you know when we issue your refund, this will be credited to whichever method of payment you used originally.

Timescales

We aim to do all of this as quickly as possible but please keep in mind refunds can take up to 7-10 working days to process. If you haven't received your refund after 10 working days of us receiving it please contact us at hello@bloomofficial.com and we'll look into it for you.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We do our absolute best to ensure the best quality and correct items get sent out, but from time to time a mistake may happen. In this case please get in touch with us right away by emailing hello@bloomofficial.com and we will arrange a full refund, including postage. We accept returns in this case up to 14 days from the delivery date.
